Sometimes class times don't quite suit. If you have a busy lifestyle and can't make a class, private coaching is a perfect option for you. It's also great for those who are recovering from an injury or want a tailored, personalised practice designed to suit their needs. We can provide coaching for one-to-one or small group sessions, allowing you to get classes that work for you and allowing you to progress faster. 


If you feel you would benefit from private coaching we would love to work with you. We are happy to organise sessions at a time and location that suit you. No special equipment is needed. The sessions can be organised as a one-off session or purchased as part of a block. We recommend scheduling at least 1 class per week in order to make progress and see real results.
