A fun refreshing Yoga & Surf / Hike Trip in beautiful Donegal. If you feel like you need a little get away, some time out for yourself or have the urge to get out in nature this is the weekend for you.

 

Typical Itinerary

Daily Overview*:

Saturday

9.00am: Yoga Flow – a fun, energising Yoga flow designed to prepare the body for the day ahead.

10.15am: Breakfast – granola, fruit & yogurt. Toast, Tea & Coffee.

11.00am: Surf Lesson or Hike

2.30 – 5.00pm: Free time to nap, explore Bundoran, chill out and eat!

5.00pm: Slow Flow – a yoga class designed to soothe any aches and pains, re-energise the body and leave you feeling good.

6.00pm: Free time to explore, try a sea swim, have dinner, sneak a few drinks in town or put your feet up and relax for the evening.

Friday

6:30pm Bus pick up city centre

10:30pm Arrival & check in

11:00pm Candlelight Yoga Nidra– a short & sweet relaxation to prepare for a great night’s sleep

Sunday

9.00am: Yoga Flow – a fun, energising Yoga flow designed to prepare the body for the day ahead.

FAQ 

Accommodation

Accommodation is in shared rooms, with all rooms ensuite. If you are coming on your own we will match you with a roommate for the weekend. If you are coming with a friend please let us know and we will organise your accommodation together.

What Do I Need To Bring?

We provide all equipment for your activities. You just need to bring a swim suit for wearing under your wetsuit for surfing. Bring light flexible and comfortable clothing for your yoga practice. If you have your own yoga mat please bring it. Hikers please bring your boots, backpack, water bottle and jackets. Yoga mats are provided.

 Can Anyone Do The Activities?

You do not need to be an extreme sports person to try our surfing or yoga! Prior experience in surfing or yoga is not required. You will just need a very basic level of fitness. For surfing it is best if you are comfortable in the water and have a very basic swimming ability. Our instructors are very experienced and all activities are conducted in a safe environment.
