A fun refreshing Yoga & Surf Weekend with MyWellbeing and TurfnSurf Tours in beautiful Donegal. If you feel like you need a little get away, some time out for yourself or have the urge to get out in nature this is the weekend for you.

 

Accommodation

Accommodation is in shared rooms, with all rooms ensuite. If you are coming on your own we will match you with a roommate for the weekend. If you are coming with a friend please let us know and we will organise your accommodation together.

What Do I Need To Bring?

We provide all equipment for your activities. You just need to bring a swim suit for wearing under your wetsuit for surfing. Bring light flexible and comfortable clothing for your yoga practice. If you have your own yoga mat please bring it.

 

 

Can Anyone Do The Activities?

You do not need to be an extreme sports person to try our surfing or yoga. Prior experience in surfing or yoga is not required. You will just need a very basic level of fitness. For surfing it is best if you are comfortable in the water and have a very basic swimming ability. Our instructors are very experienced and all activities are conducted in a safe environment. Daily Overview*:

Saturday

9.00am: Pre-surf Yoga – a fun, energising Yoga flow designed to prepare the body for surfing.

10.15am: Breakfast – a healthy breakfast to prepare you for your surf.

11.00am: Surf Lesson

2.30 – 5.00pm: Free time to nap, explore Bundoran, chill out and eat!

5.00pm: Yoga Flow – a yoga class designed to soothe any aches and pains, re-energise the body and leave you feeling good.

6.00pm: Free time to explore Bundoran, chill out and digest the day!

Friday

6:30pm Bus pick up at Isaac’s Hostel, Frenchman’s Lane, Dublin 1

9:30pm Arrival, check-in & herbal tea.

09:45pm Slow Flow – a slow gentle yoga practice designed to stretch tired bodies and prepare for a great night’s sleep

Sunday

9.00am: Pre-surf Yoga – a fun, energising Yoga flow designed to prepare the body for surfing.

10.15am: Breakfast – a healthy breakfast to prepare you for your surf.

11.00am: Surf Lesson

3.00pm: Check out and depart

About TurfnSurf

TurfnSurf Lodge is a family run business established in 2006. We provide dorm and private ensuite rooms with breakfast included.The Lodge offers a range of services including sea views, linen & towels, TV in all rooms, free WiFi, full kitchen facilities, chill out room, changing rooms for activities and outdoor chill out areas. Your accommodation is located in the centre of town close to all shops, restaurants, bars and other services.

Our groups are always small (max. 16 people) and we pride ourselves in providing you a personal service in a safe and secure environment. All of our staff live locally, know the area well and will be able to help you with any of your queries. All our activities are fully accredited by the various governing bodies; we are a fully insured and accredited activity and bus tour provider.

Price

€189 - No bus.

€209 - including bus from Dublin.

Includes 2 night’s accommodation, return bus from Dublin, 2 surf lessons, 4 yoga classes, 2 breakfasts. 

Booking

You can book your space on this retreat by paying a non-refundable deposit of €100. You can then pay the balance when it suits you. The trip must be paid in full 2 weeks before weekend. Please email kate@workplacewellness.ie with any questions.

We understand that sometimes unforeseen events will occur but we must stick to our cancellation policy so please be sure of the dates before you book. 

*Cancellation policy: Booking deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 2 weeks in advance of the trip we will refund you in full, less the deposit. If you cancel less than 14 days in advance of the trip there will be no refund.
