"Kate is a great teacher who makes each class really enjoyable. She currently teaches 5 yoga/pilates classes a week in Savills. She is very approachable and helps you all the way through class. She has extensive knowledge of Pilates and Yoga, as well as all areas of wellbeing. This means she can tailor the classes to each group and also individually. It makes no difference if you are a complete beginner or a yogi, you are really pushed to the best of your own abilities in each class. “Kate teaches corporate classes in our office each Monday. Our groups are a mixed-bag of complete novices to uber yogis and the best thing about her approach to teaching is that everyone’s ability is tailored to. Be it adjustments to a pose so it’s not too intense, or how to take your pose to the next level for those more advanced students.

Many people’s perception on yoga is that it’s quite a light form of exercise with slow progression in advancement and results. I can tell you, it’s definitely not the case with Kate’s classes! We are all huffing and puffing by the end of the class but always feel strong, relaxed and ready for the week ahead. There are palpable mind, body and spiritual benefits.
